Jeffrey Lin’s journey from China to the United States is a testament to hard work, determination, and the pursuit of excellence. Arriving in the U.S. during his teens, Jeffrey wasted no time in pursuing his dreams. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from The City College of CUNY, Jeffrey embarked on a career that would lead him to become the Principal and Operations Manager of Luxintec, Inc.
Jeffrey’s career in the window and glazing industry began at Crystal Windows in Flushing. Starting in sales, he quickly proved himself and worked his way up to become a commercial project manager. It was during his time at Crystal Windows that Jeffrey honed his skills and gained invaluable experience in the industry.
In 2018, Jeffrey joined forces with his friend and colleague, Kelvin Bai, to pursue their shared vision. Together, they founded Luxintec, Inc., a company specializing in all types of windows and forms of glazing. With Jeffrey’s expertise in operations and Kelvin’s sales acumen, their experiences has resulted into rapid success and growth.

Kelvin Bai’s journey from China to the United States is not just a story of immigration; it’s a story of passion, dedication, and entrepreneurship. Born in China, Kelvin made the life-changing decision to move to the U.S. in 1990. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in hospitality and event management, Kelvin embarked on a journey that would ultimately lead him to become the Principal and Sales Manager of Luxintec, Inc.
Kelvin’s career took a significant turn in 2011 when he joined Crystal Windows. It was here that he discovered his passion for glazing. Over the course of nine years with the company, Kelvin held various positions, including service manager and logistics supervisor.
In 2018, Kelvin joined forces with his co-worker and friend, Jeffrey Lin, to pursue their shared vision. Together, they founded Luxintec, Inc., specializing in all types of windows and forms of glazing. With Kelvin’s expertise and Jeffrey’s entrepreneurial spirit, Luxintec has quickly become a trusted name in the industry.
